Tom Palin photo

I am a Level 3 certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I have an extensive knowledge of many different types of training. Weight training, bootcamp, HiiT, rock climbing, mountaineering, ice climbing, and martial arts have helped me understand the importance of both the physical and mental aspects of training, exercise, fat loss and weight loss. This enables me to plan exercise programmes to help you achieve the results you are looking for, by using innovative, fun and specific training systems to keep you challenged, motivated and confident in your training, no matter what your age or level of fitness.

As well as over 30 years of gym training, I have climbed all over the world, on rock and ice, and have a 1st Dan Black Belt in Hapkido, which I taught for several years.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

I have an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training. I am a member of CIMSPA, the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector.

I am also qualified in Emergency First Aid.

If you cancel:

 

I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a session over 24-hours in advance, you will not be charged for your missed session. If you cancel after that, or if you cannot attend, you will still need to pay for your session.

 

If I cancel:

 

Occasionally, circumstances might prevent me from delivering a training session. I will give you as much notice as possible if this happens and will not charge you. I will then do my best to re-book your session at a time that best suits you.
